Prepare for the 2019 Season
6 Week Preseason Throwing Program
This program is focused on preparing players arms for the upcoming season as well as teaching them the value of recovery and arm health.
Meeting once per week, this program will work to improve players arm paths, improve their lower body mechanics, strengthen their decelerators (group of muscles responsible for slowing the arm down after the ball is released) and make other necessary mechanical adjustments for players to have success while preventing injury.
